Lost in the Echo is a masterclass in how to combine her psychological hallmark, but giving it a slighter softer edge. The thing I love most about Jack's writing is the style and flow of it, I have no idea how she manages to create the words which literally grab my attention and hold me a virtual prisoner until the end and sometimes well beyond.
